The Floating Switcher in Esbun

Dan favours using the same launcher in Android and Windows, even on Windows Dan uses his own launcher instead of Start Menu.

But Android emulator in full-screen mode has no taskbar, thus Dan uses RMB for his floating switcher which started simply as the Recent Apps in Android and Win+Tab screen on Windows.
