Graph is good, graph is more flexible than tree, with trees inside and are special cases of group of items. Graph is the brain's way, some are organized as trees inside. Graph facilitates Zettelkasten note taking method.

- Con: Drag and drop is a bit limited on the tree view, but possible in content area

- Con: Subscribe to use graph, can't pin nested docs out as starter nodes in graph

- Con: Not ready on the web, no drag and drop

- Con: Tree view is still necessary somehow
