Novaeh Comvise vs Webflow

Novaeh Comvise is a free tool for web design which is rather similar to Webflow. Both have these:

• HTML DOM structure on the left
• CSS modification on the right

Comvise can be simple but very powerful, because it utilizes the DevTools feature existing in browser and that DevTools has all features needed powerfully.

Comvise has DOM structure manageable by drag-and-drop too; allows editing each single component of any web project instead of a whole website.
