Microsoft Windows and Defending Against Malware

Microsoft Windows has built-in Defender Antivirus which is rather good generally. However, some features are still missing, here's the list:

Data access

• RAM: 
• CPU protected mode is safe, but Defender doesn't notify when an app attach to a process to read memory.

• Disk:
