Neuroscience and the Software 2nd Brain

TLDR: 2nd Brain = A graph of trees

Human brain has roughly 100 billion neurons, and the most 1 quadrillion synapses. Quad is the 4th-illion, from mill-, bill-, trill-, then quad. 

Side info about AI: ChatGPT of 2025 is reported having roughly 1 trillion params, but that's still 1000 times more to reach the 1 quadrillion synapse size of human brain. However, synapses are much more complex, not just a single number as in a single param.

Everybody knows human brain is a graph, but not a messy graph. An organized brain is a brain as graph but with each region properly structured in 3D space (a bit similar to tree structure) with connectivity by synapses. Do not think that an organized brain is a tree because that's totally not matching the reality of human brain designed by nature, and it's just a graph by nature.

To create a 2nd brain software, the data storage must be graph and can't be a tree at all. Utilizing data pool with id and connecting edges as in graph theory is the way. But remember that it should be organized as in organized brain said above, not a messy graph, not an unnatural tree.
